1. What if it’s raining, snowing, or windy outside?
We as a company believe in the safety of your children. We watch the weather everyday for its conditions. If it is raining, high winds/strong gusts, or snowing outside due to the safety of your children and the protection of our products we unfortunately would cancel either a day in advance or a few hours before your rental starts.
2. Do you guys deliver to parks?
Due to regulations we are only allowed to deliver to Washoe County parks only. (ie. Rancho San Rafael, Lazy 5, Bartley Ranch, etc.) Only one bounce house is allowed in the park unless otherwise permitted by an event permit. City of Reno allows only in designated parks with permits and City of Sparks unfortunately doesn’t allow bounce houses in their parks.
3. If we only have concrete or dirt, can you put a bounce house down?
Yes, but there is an additional $35 fee for a tarp due for the protection of our product.
4. Are there delivery charges?
We deliver free of charge in most Reno/Sparks area. Outside of the area we do charge a delivery charge. Please redirect yourself to our delivery page.
5. Do you stake down your bounce houses?
We DEFINITELY stake down our bounce houses. We use stakes, straps, and if needed 100lb sandbags to keep the bounce houses down. If we setting up on concrete only, we use water barrels along with the straps and sandbags. Your children’s safety is #1 for us! We would never want something to happen to our own children let alone yours!
